The fee for the Ceremony Room does not include your registrar’s fees. A registrar needs to be booked separately and should be arranged directly with Surrey Ceremonies Office on 01372 832806.

You also receive the following, included in the above prices:

  • Scenic private entrance with red carpet outside for arrival

  • Exclusive use of our lavender lined turning circle and an area of the Edinburgh’s terrace for your arrival drinks

  • Menu tasting for the Bride and Groom. Available Monday to Thursday and includes a choice of 2 starters, mains and desserts & a glass of red and white wine per person. Extra guests will be charged accordingly.

  • Use of our round or square cake stand and knife

  • Use of golf buggy and access to areas of the golf course for couples photos

  • Use of our audio visual system; projector & screen, microphone and Sonos sound system

  • Dedicated wedding coordinator as main point of contact throughout the planning process, present on the day itself. Experienced F&B team will also be on hand to ensure that the facilities are set up to our exacting standards on the day

    For smaller weddings, we can provide a rate for room hire only. This excludes the above inclusions.
