Classes run 9.30am to 10.30am on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Club. Based on traditional pilates exercises, Fitness Pilates adapts basic techniques to train your body to move in a functional motion. Strengthen your core, increase flexibility, improve posture and mobility of joints in this controlled conditioning class.
Fitness Pilates will run weekly from 9.30am to 10.30am.
Suitable for women and men, Fitness Pilates is great for strengthening your core and injury prevention.
